The short agreement between you and this site.

By using WinWinLogic — browsing, signing in, posting, commenting, or reacting — you agree to these terms. They exist so the community stays useful and nobody (including us) gets surprised. Read the community guidelines too.
You keep your content
Anything you post on WinWinLogic — text, photos, reactions, comments — is yours. You own it, always.
By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content so the site can show it to other people. That license ends when you delete the content. It's the same license any community site needs to function; we won't use your content for anything else.
You're responsible for what you post
- That it's accurate — don't post "free" when it's not, don't post deals you haven't verified.
- That you have the right to post it — don't upload copyrighted images you don't own, don't lift whole articles from somewhere else.
- That it's legal where you are and where the audience is.
- That it follows the community guidelines.
If someone sues us because of something you posted — copyright, libel, whatever — you agree to cover our reasonable legal costs. (Standard "indemnification" clause. Not theoretical; this is how platforms work.)
What we can do
- Remove posts, comments, or images that break the guidelines or the law.
- Suspend or ban accounts — temporarily or permanently — when someone repeatedly breaks the rules.
- Edit posts only to fix links or add safety notices; we don't edit your writing.
- Archive posts older than a year (hide from public feed, keep in the database).
- Contact the relevant authorities if we see content that looks seriously illegal (child abuse imagery, credible threats of violence, etc.).
What we will NOT do
- Sell your data.
- Show ads.
- Track you across other sites.
- Claim ownership of your content.
- Hand over your account to anyone without a valid legal order.
No warranty
WinWinLogic is provided "as is" — a volunteer-run community site, not a commercial service. Sometimes it'll break. Sometimes a deal someone posted is no longer valid when you click through. Sometimes a community event won't happen as described. We do our best but can't guarantee it works perfectly or that every post is still accurate.
Use good judgement: verify deals yourself before spending money, confirm events before travelling, don't rely on WinWinLogic as the single source of truth.
Copyright / takedown
If you believe something on WinWinLogic infringes your copyright, email hello@winwinlogic.com with:
- The URL of the post or comment
- Proof you own the copyright (a link to the original or a description)
- Your contact info
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
We'll review within 72 hours and remove content that appears infringing. Repeated valid notices against the same user will lead to their account being banned.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use WinWinLogic. If you're 13–17 in most jurisdictions (or 13–15 in parts of the EU, or 13–17 in India), you agree that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.
Termination
You can stop using WinWinLogic any time, and request account deletion at hello@winwinlogic.com.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you repeatedly violate these terms or the community guidelines. We'll tell you why.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top, post a notice on the home page for at least 14 days, and email active users. Minor clarifications just update the date.
Legal fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by courts in Sirsa, Haryana (where the operator resides). If any single clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still apply.
