Privacy policy
What we know about you, and what we don't.

This is the short version: we collect what the site needs to work, we don't sell it, we don't track you across the web. The full details are below.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your email, display name, and profile picture from Google. That's it — we don't see your password, contacts, or anything else from your Google account.
- When you use the site: the posts, comments, reactions, and flags you create. Your optional bio and location (country / city) if you set them.
- Technical logs: Cloudflare (our hosting provider) records standard web server logs — IP address, browser, page visited — for abuse prevention and debugging. These are automatically deleted by Cloudflare after a short retention window.
- Cookies: a single session cookie (
ww_session) so you stay logged in for 14 days. That's the only cookie we set.
What we do NOT collect
- Analytics tracking — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no third-party JavaScript of any kind runs on the site.
- Advertising or remarketing identifiers — we don't run ads.
- Your activity on other websites — we can't see what you do elsewhere.
- Payment information — WinWinLogic is free and we don't accept payments.
Who we share data with
Three parties see your data, and only what they need:
- Google — when you sign in. Google knows you signed into WinWinLogic; that's standard for any site using Google OAuth.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider. Routes requests and stores your posts + account in their serverless database. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- The public — anything you post publicly (username, display name, bio, posts, comments, reactions) is visible to anyone. Your email is never shown on the site.
We do not sell, rent, or share data with anyone else. If that ever changes (say, if WinWinLogic is acquired), we'll notify active users by email before any transfer.
Your rights
- Access / export — ask us for a copy of everything we have about you. We'll send a JSON file within 7 days.
- Correct — edit your username, display name, bio, country, city, and avatar from your profile.
- Delete — ask us to delete your account. We'll remove your account + posts within 14 days. Comments may remain as "@deleted" so discussions aren't broken.
- Object / restrict — if you want us to stop processing your data but not delete the account (GDPR right), email us.
- Complain — if you think we're mishandling your data, you can contact your local data protection authority (ICO in the UK, the EDPB in the EU, etc.).
Data location + retention
Your data lives on Cloudflare's distributed infrastructure — specifically their D1 database and R2 object storage. Cloudflare operates globally, so depending on your location your data may be stored in any of their regions.
Posts and comments stay until you delete them. Accounts stay until you delete them. If you don't sign in for 2 years we may archive (hide, don't delete) your account; email us to reactivate.
Age
WinWinLogic is for people aged 13 and older. By signing in you confirm you're at least 13. If you're under 16 and in the EU, or under 18 in India, please have a parent or guardian review this policy with you. If we learn a user is below our minimum, we'll delete their account.

Changes
If this policy materially changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and email active users. Minor clarifications will just update the date.
