Community guidelines
Short, honest rules
WinWinLogic is a place where people share things worth knowing — a deal, a free event, something they're giving away. There's no revenue behind the site, no paid moderation, and no algorithm deciding what you see. These rules exist so the community can keep it that way.
Post things that are real
- Post a deal only if you've personally checked it works. Post a free event only if it's actually free.
- Link to the primary source where possible. Mirrors and referral links belong in the comments, not the title.
- No reselling, no affiliate-only posts, no "sign up and get a discount" schemes. If your post exists mainly to push a referral, the community will flag it.
- Scope matters: a coupon that only works in the UK doesn't help someone in Brazil. Pick the right country or city scope so the feed isn't noisy.
React honestly
- 🔥 Upvote if the find is genuinely useful. Don't upvote to be friendly.
- ✓ Mark still live only if you've just checked that the link or event still works today.
- 🚩 Flag fake, expired, or spammy posts. Three flags auto-hide a post.
- Don't flag a post just because you disagree with it.
Comment kindly
- Disagreement is fine; cruelty isn't.
- Don't dox anyone — real names, home addresses, phone numbers, workplaces all off-limits.
- No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or harassment. Simple, non-negotiable.
- Self-promotion is fine in moderation (1 in 10 posts max). If every post you make is your own product, it's spam.
What we do when things break
- Posts hidden by 3+ flags go to admin review within 24 hours.
- Users who repeatedly post scams, hate, or spam get banned. No strikes system — we use judgment.
- You can delete your own comments. You can't yet delete your own posts (coming in v2).
- If a mistake was made, reply in the comments or email the address at the bottom of About.
What we don't do
- Sell your data.
- Run ads or sponsored posts.
- Put tracking pixels on the site.
- Keep data we don't need. Delete your account and it's gone.
These guidelines will change as the community grows. If something here no longer matches how the site works, someone please flag it.
